The Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) has to do the German lifestyle brand Ruby for around 110 Milen euros. Ruby was founded in 2013 and is now part of the 20th brand of the Hotel Group’s worldwide agreement. The acquisition strengthens the presence of IHG in the lifestyle segment and opens up new growth ascend to the brand.
Ruby supervision currently 20 hotels, of which Neuun are found in German A-Stants such as Cologne, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich and Stuttgart. There is other hotels in London and Vienna as well as in the shit, Italy, Ireland and the Netherlands. Breeding ten other houses in theaters such as Edinburgh, Marseille, Rome and Stockholm Bermen in the planningase.
With the purchase, IHG pursues the goal of further forwarding the expansion of Ruby, whereby locations in associations and the USA will also be the focus in the future.
